Our Service team has worked together for years and boasts the best brewery service in the world. If you have a question about your brewery we have an answer; all concerns are addressed promptly. König offers generous warranty terms and, beyond that, the skill to solve any problem regardless if you have a König brewery. If you have a problem, we have a solution.
1: Assemble Platform
- Completely assembled with legs, stairs, handrails, and grating
- Leveled with adjustable foot pads
- Mount control panel, spindle station and any other accessories
2: Place Brew-Kettle Vessel
- Position vessel with platform
- Level vessel
- Secure with positioning tabs
- Repeat for other vessels as needed
3: Place Mash Tun Vessel
- Position vessel with platform
- Level vessel
- Secure with positioning tabs
4: Install Stack Condenser
- Position stack on Brew-kettle vent
- Level stack column and attach blower fan
- Secure with positioning tabs
5: Brewhouse Piping
- Position pumps and heat exchanger
- Pipe all process, water, and CIP lines
- Install piping supports and cable tray
- Install pneumatic air lines as required
6: Factory Acceptance Testing
- Temporarily wire all motors and devices
- Check all wire terminations
- Power up MCC and HMI
- Calibrate devices
- Run multiple water brews and record test results
